INTRODUCTION
Encounters With Canada is a one week leadership residential program held at the Terry Fox Canadian Youth Centre in Ottawa. From late September to early December and from late January to early May over 138 high school students aged 14 to 17 come from across the country to the Nation’s Capital for a once in a lifetime opportunity.
