Every year in late summer seniors come together for friendly, competitive sport, fellowship and community engagement as they participate in the BC Seniors Game. This year the BC Seniors Games will be held in Richmond.
BC/Yukon Command of The Royal Canadian Legion contributes to the annual BC Seniors Games with a financial donation as well as volunteer support and traditional ceremonial aspects. Many of the competitors are veterans, Legionnaires and members of the Ladies Auxiliary.
The 2010 BC Seniors Games will be held September 15-18 in Comox Valley (Courtney-Comox-Campbell River)
